. Returns & Refunds**  

- **Returns Accepted Within 7 Days** if:  

  - Item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.  

  - Defective/damaged items (report within **48 hours** with photos).  

- **Non-Returnable Items:**  

  - Opened/disposed single-use products (hygiene reasons).  

  - Custom/bulk orders (unless defective).  

- **Refunds:** Issued to the original payment method within **5-7 business days** after return approval. Shipping fees are non-refund

able.
